In this IMG activity, you define the time data that is displayed when you run the Overtime report.

You have copied the standard form from the SAP client (000) to your customer client and from there to a customer form in the IMG activity Copy standard form.

In the standard system, you can copy the form template OVTCand modify the entries to create your own form.

1. Enter the country grouping (23) and the form name (the name you gave to your copy of the OVTCtemplate).
2. Check and modify the wage types, time types, and tables as required.
3. Save your entries.

To fill columns of the report by appropriate data enter following entries into the form:

UpTo

SLART = "MERT"

TABNA = "ZL"

LGART = wage types containing hours of UpTo overtime

Simple

SLART = "SIMP"

TABNA = "ZL"

LGART = wage types containing hours of Simple overtime

Qualified

SLART = "QUAL"

TABNA = "ZL"

LGART = wage types containing hours of Qualified overtime

Dispense quota

SLART = "DISP"

TABNA = "ABWKO"

LGART = quota type containing dispense quota

Availability

SLART = "JOUR"

TABNA = "SALDO"

LGART = time type with availability

Compensation bank

SLART = "COMP"

TABNA = "ABWKO"

LGART = quota types with overtime compensation bank
