OHASEPS_PA001 - Assign Employee Subgroups to Collective Agreements

In this IMG activity you specify which collective agreement applies to a particular employee group/employee subgroup.

The collective agreement is defined in T503-ANTYP. An employee category can have one of two possible values:

1 = AB (collective agreement on general conditions)

2 = ALFA (general agreement on pay and benefits)

Once the particular value starts to be used in the master data and/or payroll, do not change the employee category of a particular employee subgroup.

You have set up the employee groups and employee subgroups that are relevant for your organization.

In the standard system, employee subgroups S6 - S9 are provided as templates.

Review and adjust the entry in the Employee Category field.
