In this IMG activity, you use the SPV PA03 / PA16 Employment category feature (23MCC) to define a default employment category that is used for reporting to the National Government Employee Pensions Board (SPV).

In the standard system, the default employment category is set to M.

Set another default employment category based on personnel area, personnel subarea, and employee subgroup.

The value in the Statisticsinfotype (0033), statistic 03 can override this value.
