In this IMG activity, you use the SPV PA16 Employment category feature (23MCC) to define a default employment category that is used for reporting to the National Government Employee Pensions Board (SPV).
In the standard system, the default employment category is set to "M."
Set another default employment category based on personnel area, personnel subarea, and employee subgroup.
The value in the Statisticsinfotype (0033), statistic 08 for Dept 2 and 06 for Dept 1 can overwrite it.
