This organizational activity is necessary to maintain statistical exceptions that you require for reporting pension data.

You must use this activity to maintain the statistical exceptions you require for reporting pension data.

In Pensionsreporting, the Statisticsinfotype (0033) records and determines statistical exceptions.

You must maintain individual statistical exceptions because the standard system provides only default values in the templates delivered.

KPA reporting

• In the IMG activity Define Personnel Area/Subarea-Related Values, maintain exceptions for statistics in field KPA 33.

The default value is SE1C.

SPV reporting-PA 03

• In the IMG activity Define Personnel Area/Subarea-Related Values, maintain exceptions for statistics in field SPV 33.

The default value is SE2C.

SPV reporting-PA 16

• In the IMG activity Define Personnel Area/Subarea-Related Values, maintain exceptions for statistics in field SPV 33.

The default value is SE3C.
