You customize Time Evaluation settings in Customizing for Time Management -> Time Evaluation.

The Time Evaluation functions for the Swedish public sector assume the following:

• You run the RPTIME00 program and that time evaluation is performed separately for each personnel assignment.

Time Evaluation does not support Concurrent Employment functions.

• You prepare your own time-evaluation schema based on the SAP template for time evaluation (for example, TM01).

The template delivered with the solution for the Swedish public sector (schema SEMC) demonstrates only to which lines in the time evaluation schema the public-sector-specific processing is to be placed.

• Customize Time Evaluation settings in Customizing for Time Management -> Time Evaluation.

• Define the settings required for the public sector by performing the following IMG activities, which give you access to the schema and calculation rules used for the public sector:

In Customizing for Payroll, under Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Time Management ->Time Evaluation ->

• Check Time Types

• Adjust Time Evaluation Schema

• Define Groupings

• Change Processing Type for Overtime and Availability

• Set Day Groupings

• Define Generation Rules

• Overtime Compensation Settings ->

• Underlimit/Overlimit Split ->
