OHASEPS_PY002 - Set Payroll Periods for Quotas

In this IMG activity, in addition to the standard basic settings specified for the standard country version, you define special payroll periods needed to define accrual periods for the vacation of hourly paid employees by setting period parameter 80.

You define the standard basic settings in Customizing for Payrollunder Payroll: Sweden -> Basic Settings.

You have defined vacation quotas and you refer to the period parameter 80for hourly paid employees covered by the AB agreement or ALFA.

In the standard system, value 80is used in vacation quota customizing, but the periods themselves are not delivered. You can use a value other than 80 (not used directly in programs), but then you have to change the relevant vacation quota customizing.

For period parameter80, specify the payroll period that describe the vacation year.

The example shows that each year has only one payroll period.
