OHASEPS_PY004 - Reduce Basic Pay by Capacity Utilization Level

In this IMG activity, you define which wage types are to be reduced by the capacity utilization level, which you enter as a percentage in the Basic Pay infotype (0008).

You typically need to reduce the basic pay wage types of salaried employees by the capacity utilization level because the value in infotype 0008 corresponds to full-time employment (100%).

Note

In accordance with the AB agreement, different wage types are used for the basic pay of the professional groups of employees working at school and teachers, depending on whether the payroll period occurs during the school year or during the summer holiday period. You need to define that both groups of wage types are reduced by the capacity utilization level by assigning the wage types to processing class 86, value 1.

Assign the relevant wage types to processing class 86, value 1.
