OHASEPS_PY006 - Day Processing of Time Data

This organizational activity describes day processing of time data for the Swedish public sector.

In Payrollfor the Swedish public sector, you typically run the Time Evaluation (RPTIME00) report. However, the template payroll schema S00C calls a copy of the international time processing schema (TC00), schema SECC for the following reasons:

• The template schema for time evaluation, schema SEMC, uses specific groupings for the public sector in order to separate customizing in T510Sfrom the standard country version. To keep the compatibility of time evaluation within Payrollwith Time Evaluation itself, the SECCschema uses the calculation rule SE1K to define the groupings.

• You use the Attendancesinfotype (2002) to administer overtime, availability, and other attendance types. In true time evaluation (RPTIME00plus SEMC), these attendances are specifically processed. During the payroll run, the system does not read infotype 2002; function P2002and function GWTwith Par 2 = Mare deactivated.
