In this IMG activity, you control the following:

  • During which phase of schema processing a wage type is sent to RT and cumulated to bases for employer contributions, taxes, and so on.
  • At the end of time data processing, schema ST1C = processing class 3

  • At the end of factoring, schema SALC = processing class 20

  • To which bases a wage type is cumulated:
  • /101, /110 - SAP international standard

  • /103, /104 - bases for employer contribution (identical meaning to the standard country version)

  • /106, /107, /108 - bases for income tax calculation (identical meaning to the standard country version)

  • /109 - tax result (identical meaning to the standard country version)

  • /116 - base for trade union fees - not used in calculation - only for reporting to SUS/NORDEA.

  • /117- base for garnishment (identical meaning to the standard country version)

  • /130 - base for employer contribution distribution (public-sector-specific)

All wage types that are cumulated to /103 or /104 have to be cumulated also to /130 to ensure correct distribution of the employer contribution from PERSON level to personnel assignment level during payroll.
  • /131 - base for pension benefit SPV PA-91 fee calculation.

  • /132 - base for pension benefit SPV PA-03 fee calculation.

  • /133 - base for gross debt calculation (used in the Debts and Negative Bases report, which you access on the SAP Easy Accessscreen by choosing Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Public Sector -> Subsequent Activities -> Per Payroll Period -> Debts and Negative Bases or running transaction PC00_M23_LWTRS0_CE)

Check and, if necessary, adjust the template settings.
