In this IMG activity, you define the time data and payroll data that is displayed when you run the Salary Structure Statistics - Municipalities AM SLK report for SCB.

You have copied the standard form from the SAP client (000) to your customer client and from there to a customer form in the IMG activity Copy standard form.

In the standard system, you can copy the form template SLKC and modify the entries to create your own form.

  1. Enter the country grouping (23) and the form name (the name you gave to your copy of the SLKC template).
  2. Check and modify the wage types, time types, and tables as required.
  3. Save your entries.

The following settings in Customizing are specific to this report:

  • Collective agreement / Professional groups
In several fields, it is necessary to distinguish between professional groups to which the AB agreement applies. To do this, maintain the following entries:
TABNA = T510G
LGART = value of field Pay Scale Area (TRFGB) from the Basic Pay infotype (0008)
  • General AB: SLART = OTHE, REGEL = 01

  • Teachers: SLART = TEAC, REGEL = 01

  • Others working in school: SLART = WSCH, REGEL = 01

  • RIB: SLART = RIB, REGEL = 02

  • PAN: SLART = PAN, REGEL = 17

  • BEA: SLART = BEA, REGEL = 20

  • Other local agreements: SLART = LOCA, REGEL = 70

  • Contract type of substitution
The report has to identify which contract types (P0001-ANSVH) represent substitution. Use the following entries:
  • LGART = value of the contract type from the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001) (P0001-ANSVH)

  • TABNA = T542A

  • SLART = SUBS

  • Worked hours
The hours are determined by the time results, table ZES for time types identified in the Customizing form by:
  • LGART = relevant time type(s)

  • TABNA = ZES

  • SLART = WORK

  • Basic pay (Hourly, Salaried)
The value in the Basic Pay infotype (0008) valid on the last day of the evaluated period is processed. The wage type(s) are identifed as basic pay by:
  • LGART = wage type from infotype 0008

  • TABNA = P0008

  • SLART = BASP

  • Gross deduction for home PC
The value in the Recurring Payments/Deductions infotype (0014) valid on the last day of the evaluated period is processed. Wage type(s) are identifed as basic pay by:
  • LGART = wage type from infotype 0014

  • TABNA = P0014

  • SLART = HOPC

  • Fixed gross supplement
The value in the Recurring Payments/Deductions infotype (0014) valid on the last day of the evaluated period is processed. The wage type(s) are identifed as basic pay by:
  • LGART = wage type from infotype 0014

  • TABNA = P0014

  • SLART = FGSU

  • Paid gross amount
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = GRAM

  • Paid amount for shifted work time
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = SHWT

  • Paid amount for availability
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = AVAI

  • Paid amount for on-call
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = OCAL

  • Paid amount for overtime
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = OVRT

  • Paid amount for other variable supplements
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = VASU

  • Paid amount for sick payment 1-14
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = SICA

  • Paid amount for sick payment 15-xx
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = SICB

  • Payment for child care
The value is determined from the payroll results, the wage types are identified by:
  • LGART = wage type from RT

  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = CHLD

  • Reason for absence
The value is determined from the payroll results, the absence types are identified by:
  • LGART = absence type from AB

  • TABNA = AB

  • SLART = ABSE

  • REGEL = code required for the statistical report
