OHASEPS_SPY001 - Check Wage Types, Absence/Attendance/Time Types

In this IMG activity, you define the time data that is displayed when you run the Sickness Pay Statistics for SCB report.

You have copied the standard form from the SAP client (000) to your customer client and from there to a customer form in the IMG activity Copy standard form.

In the standard system, you can copy the form template SPSCand modify the entries to create your own form.

1. Enter the country grouping (23) and the form name (the name you gave to your copy of the SPSCtemplate).
2. Check and modify the wage types, time types, and tables as required.
3. Save your entries.

To identify sick leaves that should be processed in the report, make following entries in the form:

SLART = "SPAY"

TABNA = " ABVAL"

LGART = values of absence valuation rules for first two sickness subperiods:

41 - for day 1-1

42 - for days 2-14

ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plans   Vendor Master (General Section)
