OHASEPS_SS001 - Check Wage Types, Absence/Attendance/Time Types

In this IMG activity, you define the time data that is displayed when you run the Report of Employee Sickness to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

You have copied the standard form from the SAP client (000) to your customer client and from there to a customer form in the IMG activity Copy standard form.

In the standard system, you can copy the form template SINCand modify the entries to create your own form.

1. Enter the country grouping (23) and the form name (the name you gave to your copy of the SINCtemplate).
2. Check and modify the wage types, time types, and tables as required.
3. Save your entries.

To identify sick leaves that should be processed in the report, make following entries in the form:

SLART = "SICK"

TABNA = " P2001"

LGART = absence types of sicknesses

Vendor Master (General Section)   TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency
