OHASEPS_STAT002 - Determine Limited/Unlimited Contract Types

In this IMG activity, you define contract types as limited or unlimited.

In several reports, the limited/unlimited contract types have to be distinguished. Reports evaluate this in following way:

• If a contract type is specified in the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001) in the Work Contract field (P0001-ANSVH), the value is used for the next step.

If a contract type is not specified, the work contract entered in the Employee Group/Subgroup (SE) table (T5S03) is used. In the Employee Group/Subgroup (SE) table, you can assign a default contract type to an employee subgroup.

• The value of ANSVH (determined in the previous step) is translated by feature 23ANS. If the feature returns 01, the contract is classified as Limited. All other values are classified as Unlimited.

• Maintain the default contract types for each employee subgroup.

• Maintain the feature 23ANS.
