In this IMG activity, you define the time data that is displayed when you run the Time Statistics report.

You have copied the standard form from the SAP client (000) to your customer client and from there to a customer form in the IMG activity Copy standard form.

In the standard system, you can copy the form template TSTCand modify the entries to create your own form.

  1. Enter the country grouping for Sweden (23) and the form name (the name that you gave to your copy of the TSTCtemplate).
  2. Check and modify the wage types, time types, and tables as required.
  3. Save your entries.

You can enter the following data:

  • SLART- identifies the column in the output table.
Value A01 means column 1, Value A02 means column 2, and so on, up to A10.
  • TABNA- identifies source of data and meaning of column LGART
  • SALDO

data source: time evaluation results, table SALDO
meaning of LGART: time type
  • ZES

data source: time evaluation results, table ZES
meaning of LGART: time type
  • ZL

data source: time evaluation results, table ZL
meaning of LGART: wage type
  • ABAH

data source: payroll results, table AB, field STDAZ (absence hours)
meaning of LGART: absence type
  • ABRH

data source: payroll results, table AB, field ABRST (payroll hours)
meaning of LGART: absence type
