Whole month absence

If an employee is absent a whole month there is a regulation in the agreement (PTK/Metall) saying that no pay is applicable that month.
This is not valid if the employee is absent a percentage that is less than 100 %. If the deduction is less than the salary then the difference should be paid out to the employee, but if the deduction is bigger than the salary, which might occur in some cases, then the deduction should equal the pay.

Requirements:

1. Identify for which absence types A this regulation is valid.

2. Each absence type A refers to a valuation rule R. Additionally, Swedish processing for sickness, infectious disease and leave of absence might change the valuation rule R to valuation rule R'.
The valuation rule coming out of this processing is the important one.

Abs.type valrule R - t554s val.rule R' - t5s0c or t5s0q
0410 Sickness 100% 41 44
0470 Work injury 61 64

0534 Military refresh training 58 59
0535 Studies 87 88

3. The wage type being the monthly salary definition and all wage types
that go into it must have the value 1 in processing class 10.
The model company uses monthly definition B (/301)

4. The following three rules needs to be adopted:
SV06 Change/Add valuation rules
SV11 Change the rule called in SV11 to your copy of SV12
SV12 Change/Add valuation rules (called from SV11)
