OHASE_UM015 - Assign Personnel Subarea to Legal Person

Assign each Personnel Subarea to a Legal Person. The Legal Person is
a sequence number and could be called 001 and 002 for example.

It is very important that you customize the Legal Person in a right way because it is the Legal Person that triggers the JUPER-split. You should always customize the Legal Person so that each Organization Number has it's own Legal Person.
