Schema SURL contains three rules:

• SURG

• SURL

• SURD

The most important rule here is SURL. This rule calculates the utilization level and passes this information to VACS.

In rule SURL, you need to specify which vacation quota gives you which vacation year. You also need to specify whether your vacation quota is a daily, monthly, or yearly accrual.

1. SUURL30D means that vacation quota 30 define the vacation year and has a daily accrual.
2. SUURL50M means that vacation quota 50 defines the vacation year and has a monthly accrual.
3. SUURL20Y means that vacation quota 20 defines the vacation year and has a yearly accrual.
