The fixed addition is normally 0.8% of the salary adjusted by the utilization factor.

A comparison is made to see whether or not vacation adjustment ("Semesterjustering") is applicable depending on the utilization factor involved.

In the standard R/3 System, model wage types are customized with the correct valuation bases.

1. Check the settings conform to your requirements.
2. If not, modify the cycles and your wage type customizing appropriately.
