OHASRE003 - Maintain company information for statistics

In this step you are able to customize constants used for statistics
and the Annual Tax Statement.

SAP recommends that you update all constants relevant to Swedish
statistics and the Annual Tax Statement.

Following constants should be customized;

P23_SCBWP SCB Work place number
P23_CFARN CFAR number
P23_SAFNO SAF number
P23_SAFWP SAF work place number
P23_SAFUN Union SAF
P23_AAREA Agreement area
P23_BUSIN Business area

documentation in the table.
