This step enables you to set the start date of the functionality.

Feature 23CHG contains start dates. These start dates are used to trigger the specific functionality based on the date.

Each start date is defined under separate nodes.

The start date format is: DD.MM.YYYY

For example:

01.05.2018 means the start date = first of May, year 2018
