OHATH_PF060 - Provident Fund Rates

In this section, you assign the employee and employer contribution rates to the PA/PSA Provident Fund rates modifier and EG/ESG Provident fund rates modifier. The rates are specified based on the years of service of the employee (Seniority). Hence for each EG/ESG group under each PA/PSA group, there can be different rates for various years of service.

Before you enter the employee and employer rates, you must have:

1. defined the PA/PSA Provident fund rates modifier in the step PA/PSA Provident Fund Rates Modifier
2. defined the EG/ESG Provident fund rates modifier in the step EG/ESG Provident Fund Rates Modifier
3. assigned the PA/PSA Provident fund rates modifier to personnel area/ subareas in the step PA/PSA Provident Fund Rates Modifier Grouping
4. assigned the EG/ESG Provident fund rates modifier to employee group/ subgroups in the step EG/ESG Provident Fund Rates Modifier Grouping

1. Enter the PA/PSA Provident Fund rate modifier in the PA/PSA PF field.
2. Enter the EG/ESG Provident Fund rate modifier in the Emp PF Mdf field.
3. Enter the seniority value (in years) in the Seniority field according to your company policy.
4. Enter the start date in the Start date field to indicate start of validity period.
5. Enter the end date in the End date field to indicate end of validity period.
6. Enter the employee contribution rate in the Emp Co Rte field.
7. Enter the employer contribution rate in the Empr Co Rt field.
8. Save entries.
