OHATW_AP330 - Calculate Advance Payment

In this step, you maintain the cycles/rules for TWA1 and TWAD
for advance payment.

SAP has already maintained common rules/cycles in the SAP standard
delivery system. You can use these as models for your own entries.

1. Determine if the required rules/cycles fits your organization's
   requirement.
   
   If modification is required, copy the rules/cycles to the customer
   name-range and modify the customer copy.
2. Modify the schema to include the modified rule.
