OHATW_LI126 - Define Reasons for LI Status Change

In this Customizing activity, you define reasons for Labor Insurance (LI) status change. The Labor Insurance (TW) (0354) infotype only displays the current LI status, such as Join. Therefore you can use the defined reasons to indicate any change of status. The reasons are available as input options for the Change Reason field in the Labor Insurance (TW) (0354) infotype.
An employee has transferred to a subsidiary of the company; he or she needs to quit LI and join again within the same day. You can define a reason such as Same day Q/J - Internal Transfer to indicate the status change.
