OHATW_LI140 - Define Insurer Name and Address

In this step, you define the insurer name and address for your
company.

The standard system provides sample insurer name and address based
on a model company.

• Use the sample insurer name and address provided as a basis for
  customizing your company data.

• The insurer name and address are provided by the Labor Insurance (LI) bureau, according to government regulations.
  

To create new insurer name and address by copying samples from the
standard system, proceed as follows:

1. Note relevant insurer name and address.
2. Make a copy of the selected sample insurer name and address.
3. Edit the insurer name and address to suit your requirements.
4. Check that all the insurer name and address displayed on the list
   are copied correctly.
5. The new insurer name and address are now copied.
   A list is generated logging the changes to all tables affected.
