OHATW_LI145 - Define Default ID Type for Foreigner

In this step, you maintain the default ID type for a foreigner.
The feature, TWIID, is used when creating a new record in Labor Insurance(TW) infotype (0354).

Values that are commonly used have already been maintained in
the SAP standard delivery system. You can use these as models
for your own entries

1. Determine if the required feature fits your organization's
   requirement.
2. Edit the feature if modification is required.
