OHATW_NH140 - Define NHI Status

In this step, you define the National Health Insurance (NHI) status of an employee. If the NHI status of employee changes, it has to be reported to the NHI bureau.

The standard system provides sample NHI status based on a model
company.

• Use the sample NHI status provided as a basis for customizing your company data.

• The NHI status are provided by the NHI bureau, according to government regulations.
  

To create new NHI status by copying samples from the standard
system, proceed as follows:

1. Note relevant NHI status.
2. Make a copy of the selected sample NHI status.
3. Edit NHI status to suit your requirements.
4. Check that all the NHI status displayed on the list are copied
   correctly.
5. The new NHI status are now copied. A list is generated logging the
   changes to all tables affected.
