OHATW_NH145 - Define NHI Status Reason

In this step, you define the National Health Insurance (NHI)
status reason.

NHI Status Reason
---------- ------
L (quit) Employee has resigned
L (quit) Employee gone for military service

The standard system provides sample NHI status reasons based
on a model company.

• Use the sample NHI status reasons provided as a basis for customizing your company data.
  

To create new NHI status reasons by copying samples from the standard
system, proceed as follows:

1. Note relevant NHI status reasons.
2. Make a copy of the selected sample NHI status reasons.
3. Edit NHI status reasons to suit your requirements.
4. Check that all the NHI status reasons displayed on the list are
   copied correctly.
5. The new NHI status reasons are now copied. A list is generated
   logging the changes to all tables affected.
