OHATW_NP110 - Define New Pension Category

In this step, you define the New Pension (NP) category for your company if it is necessary.

The standard system provides sample NP category based on a model company.

  • Use the sample NP category provided as a basis for customizing your company data.
  • You can define the NP categories according to government regulations and choice of employees.

To create new NP category by copying samples from the standard system, proceed as follows:

  1. Note the specifications required for the relevant NP category.
  2. Make a copy of the selected sample NP category.
  3. Edit the NP category to suit your requirements.
  4. Check that all the NP categories displayed on the list are copied correctly.
  5. The new NP categories are now copied. A list is generated logging the changes to all tables affected.
