In this step, you maintain the cutoff date for overtime that you
require by copying the models in the standard system.

For example; your company calculates all OT wage types that occur
on and after 20th of a month to the next month, then 20 is entered
in field 'CUTOFF'. If your company does not have cutoff date, then
set this field to space.

These are the cutoff dates that you will use for further processing
and which you can modify to suit your requirements.

Values that are commonly used have already been maintained in
the SAP standard delivery system. You can use these as models
for your own entries.

To maintain cutoff dates for overtime (new payroll constants),
proceed as follows:

  1. Check/enter the validity dates and amounts of relevant
    payroll constants.
  2. Save the entries if modifications are made.
