OHATW_TX245 - Maintain Taxable Meal Allowance (Rule TW6B)

In this step, you maintain the taxable meal allowance through
cycle/rule TW6B. This cycle/rule is used to differentiate the
total taxable amount and non-taxable amount of meal allowance.

SAP has already maintained common rules/cycles in the SAP
standard delivery system. You can use these as models for your
own entries.

1. Determine if the required rules/cycles fits your organization's
   requirement.
   
   If modification is required, copy the rules/cycles to the
   customer name-range and modify the customer copy.
2. Modify the schema to include the modified rule.
