OHATW_UM118 - Maintain Overtime Function(Schema TWT0)

In this step, you maintain the schema for overtime function.

There is a non-taxable limit on overtime hours, for example; male-46 OT hours and female-24 OT hours. The monthly accumulated OT hours which exceed this limit are subjected to tax. By default the accumulation of OT hours is by occurring time. In this case, there is no parameter in payroll function TWOT. If a company accumulates the OT hours by priority, (see Define accumulation priority) e.g. those with higher tax will be accumulated first, then the first parameter of payroll function should be set to 'P'.

SAP has already maintained common schemas/cycles in the SAP standard delivery system. You can use these as models for your own entries.

1. Determine if the schema fits your organization's requirement.
   

If modification is required, copy the schema to the customer name-range and modify the customer copy.
