OHATW_WF120 - Define EWF Contribution

In this step, you define the employee contribution to the Employee
Welfare Fund (EWF) for the specific EWF group.

The standard system provides sample EWF contribution based on
a model company.

• Use the sample EWF contribution provided as a basis for customizing your company data.

• SAP recommends that you only create new EWF contribution, as entries that are maintained in the standard SAP system could be overwritten when the release is next updated.

• SAP recommends that you do not delete or change any of the EWF contribution that are contained in the standard SAP system as this could lead to errors when you try to run payroll accounting.
  

To create new EWF contribution by copying samples from the standard
system, proceed as follows:

1. Note the specifications required for the relevant EWF contribution.
2. Make a copy of the selected EWF contribution.
3. Edit the EWF contribution to suit your requirements.
4. Check that all the EWF contribution displayed on the list are copied
   correctly.
5. The new EWF contributions are now copied. A list is generated
   logging the changes to all tables affected.
