OHAU02FF - Set up trigger for termination letter

In this step, you define the circumstances that trigger automatic generation of termination letters.

When an employee leaves your enterprise, you want a termination letter to be sent to the garnishment originator automatically.

To ensure that a termination letter is generated when the employee's status changes from active to withdrawn in the Actions infotype, make the following entries in this step:

Define the following rule, where XX is the termination event:

Using the above example as a reference, define the trigger for automatic generation of termination letters within your enterprise.
