OHAU0640 - Create tax forms for multiple tax authorities

This IMG step consists of two activities:

• Assign tax form to category (in table T5UX4)

• Assign attributes to tax authority (in table T5UX5)

You can customize your system to comply with state and local authority tax reporting requirements.

Note: SAP only delivers the current known entries for these tables. SAP will not be delivering any subsequent data for this table. You must maintain all subsequent entries for your local tax authority.

1. Assign tax form to category. Here, you can add new tax forms that are required by your local tax authority
2. Assign attributes to tax authority. Here, you can add new tax form attributes that are required for your local tax authority

The Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) for Ohio requires magnetic tape (MMREF format) to be submitted for all localities reported under RITA (approximately 30 municipalities). Magnetic media files must be submitted for all employees working and residing in these localities.
