In this step, you define validity dates and form parameters.

For all standard forms (delivered by SAP), the validity date is set so that SAPScript output is generated until 12/31/2004; PDF output is generated from 01/01/2005.

  1. Execute the activity, select the country grouping (10) and the main tax form. If a particular alternate form does not exist in the table (T5UX7), the system assumes that this form is valid all the time. Therefore, it is not mandatory to add customer-developed SAPScripts/HR-formulas here.
  2. Select New Entries.
  3. Enter the Alternate form name, the type of output and validity period.
  4. In the Form details section, specify the number of employees per page. This is usually required for wage listings, such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Multiple Worksite Reporting (MWR) forms. This number is determined by relevant authority.
Note: Do not change any entry delivered by SAP.
  1. Enter parameters to overwrite the values in the feature UTRW2.
  2. Specify a routine that the system is to run before generating the PDF in the Form Exit field.
