OHAUABP_PY_BS_005 - Assign Personnel Actions to Groups for Hiring and Leaving

In this Customizing activity, you assign combinations of personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions to the following groups of events:
- Hire employees (event group HIRE)
- Dismiss employees (event group FIRE)
- Rehire employees (event group REHI)
The system uses the event groups that you configure in this Customizing activity to determine which personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions you use for each of the above purposes.
The system uses the data for the personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions that you assign to the event groups in this Customizing activity for a number of calculations. For example, to calculate an employee’s seniority, to calculate an employee’s average salary for absence pay, and to calculate the indexation payments to which an employee is entitled.
For each of the event groups in this Customizing activity, assign the combinations of personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions that you use for each event group in your company.
