In this Customizing activity, you link the wage types for calculated sick leave payments and the relevant income tax and ESV with the corresponding wage types for payments that have not been approved by the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine (FSSU) yet.

If the sick leave payment has not been approved by FSSU yet, the Calculate Sick Leave Payment Debt (UABE) personnel calculation rule calculates wage types for the sick leave payment debt (and the taxes calculated for them) and creates new wage types for not approved payments.

Enter the wage types that you want to link together.

For example, you link together the following wage types:

  • /33A (IncomeTax (Main Income)) with MFSI (IncomeTax(Sick Leave FSS))
  • /4T7 (ESV Tax Deductions Sickn) with MFSE (ESV EE (Sick Leave FSS))
  • M435 (Sick Pay FSS (calculated)) with MFSD (FSSU Debt)

In this case, if the sick leave payment has not been approved by FSSU, the UABE rule creates the following wage types:

  • For wage type /33A calculated for M435, wage type MFSI is generated with inverse sign.
  • For wage type /4T7 calculated for M435, wage type MFSE is generated with inverse sign.
  • For wage type M435, wage type MFSD is generated with inverse sign.
