OHAUAMDPA_ABSICK_031 - Activate Maternity Leave Prolongation

In this Customizing activity, you enable the PCBVP option that allows you to calculate the prolonged maternity leave for an employee in advance. According to the business practice in Ukraine, to initiate the prolongation an employee must submit a maternity leave before the date when it becomes valid. Thus, the system guarantees that you can calculate future prolonged maternity leave in advance.
Note:Do not perform either or both of the following actions:
- Activate the option for the previous periods
- Deactivate the option after it has already influenced the calculation of the prolonged maternity leave
If you do perform them, the PCBVP option can corrupt the calculation and recalculation results.
The following payroll objects and the report analyze the activation of the PCBVP option:
- Functions UARAB and UASI0
- Personnel calculation rule UAM0
- HUALSIP0 Request for Reimbursement of Social Insurance Payments (Ukraine)
Perform the following steps:
- Select one of the following values:
| X | Activate the option |
| 0 | Do not use the possibility to calculate prolonged maternity leaves in advance |
- Specify the start date when you want this option to begin influencing the system behavior
- Specify 31.12.9999 in the end date field. Activate the option for indefinite duration, no gaps are allowed.
