OHAUA_ABSIC_20 - Specify Reduction Rules for Absence Quota Generation

In this Customizing activity, you specify the rules that the system uses to reduce the number of absence days to which employees are entitled if they leave the company.

The system uses the data in this Customizing activity to reduce an employee's leave entitlement in proportion to the number of days for which an employee has worked in the validity period of the absence quota, for example, a working year.

You can specify reduction rules either taking in account public holidays or excluding them from the calculation.

You have defined the rules that you want the system to use when it reduces quota entitlements in the Define Rules for Reducing Quota Entitlements Customizing activity.

For each reduction rule that you use, determine whether or not you want to consider public holidays.
