In this Customizing activity, you define which wage types you want to cumulate (for example, monthly values of certain wage types to take into account during taxation). This is controlled by the Continuation of Cumulation (30) processing class.

You have checked the cumulation calendar for the monthly method in the Customizing activity Check Cumulation Calendar.

  1. Define the wage types you want to cumulate. Specifications 1, 2 and 3 represent annual cumulations. To cumulate other time frames in addition to annual cumulations for a wage type, you assign the specification T in processing class 30.
  2. For all wage types with the specification T, define the cumulation time frame, and whether the number and/or the amount of the wage type is to be cumulated.

Note:

The Process Previous Cumulations(SETCU) payroll function has the following special processing specific to Ukraine for monthly cumulations:

In addition to the standard logic, payroll function SETCU processes the table for future periods, FUP, with changes related to a future period. The function initializes the cumulation interval M in the Cumulated Results (CRT) table with amounts posted to previous months but related to the current month. A wage type should relate to the current period if it is customized with specification T in the Customizing activity Wage Types to Be Processed and its amount in stored in table FUP.
