OHAUA_INDEXATION_009 - Define Parameters and Starting Dates for Salary Indexation Methods

In this Customizing activity, you specify:

• The start date from which processing using the salary indexation method is activated in function UAIDX.

• The start date from which tariff amounts in pay scale groups (T510 table) and the consumer price index (CPI) are used to calculate salary indexation. The fixed amount of salary indexation for the tariff is calculated when a salary increase is less than the indexation amount.

Select the parameter UAIDX_METHOD_CHECK_BEGDA and enter the following data:

• In Start Date, enter the date from which processing using the salary indexation method is activated.

• In Parameter Value, enter value 'X'.

If you do not want this parameter switched on, clear the value in Parameter Value.

Select the parameter UAIDX_TARIFF_T510_CHECK_BEGDA and enter the following data:

• In Start Date, enter the date from which tariff amounts in pay scale groups (table T510) and the consumer price index (CPI) are used to calculate salary indexation.

• In Parameter Value, enter value 'X'.

By default, if the parameter is not defined or is empty, the system uses the date 01.01.1900.
