OHAUA_INDEXATION_010 - Define Salary Indexation Methods

In this Customizing activity, you specify steps related to salary indexation methods described by a one-character code that determines the specific algorithm whether or not you want the system to calculate indexation for different employee groups.
The system uses salary indexation methods in the following Customizing activities:
- BAdI: Processing Method
In this BAdI, you specify the indexation method as the filter value. For example, the BAdI implementation for tariff employees (HRPAYUA_INDEXATION_TARIFF) has the filter value 1. If necessary, you must create your own implementation for other methods.
The values that you enter in the steps of this Customizing activity determine the correct working of the UAIDX function:
- Define Salary Indexation Methods
For example, you decide to enter your own method of salary indexation for tariff employee. Thus, you create the following method:

You set up the 36IDX feature for available methods entered on previous step.
