OHAUA_INDEXATION_011 - BAdI: Choose Method

The Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) HRPAYUA_B_CHOOSE_INDEXATION is part of the HRPAYUA_INDEXATION enhancement an identifier for the salary indexation method for different employee groups, such as non-tariff employees (0 - individual method) or tariff employees (1 - tariff method).

The BAdI definition uses feature 36IDX to return the value of the method and compares wage types in infotype 0008 with wage types from the pay scale group in table T510 .

Input parameters:

• Relevant payroll data and infotype tables. Refer to the BAdI definition for the exact list of available input parameters.

Output parameters:

• The salary indexation method identifier.

• Start date when salary indexation method processing is defined in Customizing activity Define Parameters and Starting Dates for Salary Indexation Methods

The standard system delivers the following implementations for this BAdI:

• HRPAYUA_INDEXATION_METHOD - Chooses the Method of Salary Indexation

You can create your own implementations. Note: Only one implementation of the BAdI should be active at the same time.
