In this Customizing activity, you define the substitution of wage types if you start a payroll run with off-cycle category 17 (sick-leave calculation).

The system substitutes all wage types in the Results (RT) and Input (IT) tables with new ones. Before substitution, the Wage Types Substitution with OC = 17 (Sick Leave Calculation) (UAOF) payroll rule analyses if the wage type has status 0 (Initial) for social insurance reimbursement. If it is not the case, the wage type is deleted. The system performs the substitution using the R51P1: Read in table T51P1 (R51P1) operation with link indicator O6.

The substitution takes place within the Process and Substitute Off-Cycle Wage Types - SI Reimbursement (UAO4) schema and works with payroll runs for off-cycle category 17 (sick leave calculation).

The UAOF rule substitutes wage types in the Results (RT) and Input (IT) tables during off-cycle payroll run with category 17.

The standard system contains wage types substitution for the most often used wage types for the off-cycle category 17.

Adjust the sample entries delivered or create your own substitute wage types and substitution settings for advance off-cycle payments as required.
