OHAUA_P2_001 - Determine Form Variant for Ukrainian Form Reports

In this Customizing activity, you link a customer-specific form variant to the logical form name belonging to the HR_UA form group. The logical form names usually correspond to the names of reports used to produce these forms. Note that you cannot create new entries for logical form names in this Customizing activity. To create entries, use Customizing activity Determine Form Parameters.

The logical form name for the P-2 form is HUACFP_2. This corresponds to the name of the P-2 form report.

After choosing HUACFP_2 in the input screen, the form variant processing screen is displayed. You can choose one the following standard variants for the P-2 form:

• PDF_FORM

• SMARTFORM

1. Select the logical form name from the list.
2. Copy the existing entry for the form variant or create a new one.
3. Set up the parameters for the new form variant.
4. Choose Save.
