OHAUA_PA_POM_002 - Determine Print Output Programs for Personnel Orders

In this Customizing activity, you enter the print output programs that you use to print the following data:
- Personnel orders that you create in the Personnel Orders infotype (0298)
- Forms that are based on personnel orders
You can choose a different print output program depending on the type of personnel action. You can also restrict the form output to certain reasons for a personnel action, and to group or individual orders.
For each print output program, you can determine the type of output, for example, Adobe form.
Furthermore, you can make archiving-related settings:
- You can set the default storage mode for a given form.
- The default storage mode appears in the print dialog box when you print a form.
- You can determine if multiple versions of a form are permitted in the archive.
- If required, you can change the data that the print output program enters in the output form by entering the relevant data on the selection screen of the report. To use this option, select the Change Before Print checkbox.
The standard system contains programs that allow you to print the following forms:
