OHAUA_PA_POM_004 - Determine Default Additional Form Parameters

In this Customizing activity, you define default parameters for the fields in the Personnel Order forms (P-1, P-3, P-4).

Note: You can also edit these parameters on the selection screens of the corresponding reports using the Additional Parameterspushbutton.

To define parameters common for all the forms, select the program HUAAORD. The names of the parameters correspond to the field names in the interface structure PUAORD_HEAD. Some of the most common parameters are the following:

• PERNR,,Personnel number

• ORDNU,,Order number

• ORDDT,,Date of order in format dd.mm.yyyy

• SIGDT,,Signature date in format dd.mm.yyyy

• BEGDA,,Beginning of the period in format dd.mm.yyyy

• ENDDA,,End of the period in format dd.mm.yyyy

• EMPNA,,Employee name

• EDRPO,,Code EDRPOU

• ORGNA,,Organization name

• DEPNA,,Department

• POSNA,,Position

• MANNA,,Manager name

To define parameters separately for each form, select the corresponding program as follows:

• HUAAORDP1 for the P-1 form

• HUAAORDP3 for the P-3 form

• HUAAORDP4 for the P-4 form

The names of the parameters correspond to the field names in the interface structures PUAORD_P1, PUAORD_P3, PUAORD_P4.
