OHAUA_PA_POM_006 - Assign Actions to Groups

In this Customizing activity, you assign combinations of action types and reasons for actions to special event groups. When preparing the personnel order forms (P-1, P-3, P-4), the corresponding report uses these groups to determine which personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions you use for a specific purpose if the report is started directly using its selection screen.

The report for preparing the form for hiring order (P-1) selects actions from the following groups of events:

• Hire employees (event group HIRE)

• Rehire employees (event group REHI)

• Organizational reassignment (event group REAS)

The Reassignment checkbox is selected in the form for these actions.

The report for preparing the form for vacation (P-3) selects actions from the following groups of events:

• Vacation of employees (event group VACA)

The report for preparing the form for order of dismissal (P-4) selects actions from the following groups of events:

• Dismiss employees (event group FIRE)

For each of the event groups in this Customizing activity, assign the combinations of personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions that you use for each event group in your company.
