OHAUA_PENSFR_009 - Assign Actions and Reasons to Groups for Addendum 5

In this Customizing activity, you assign combinations of action types and reasons for actions to special event groups. The Tax Calculation: ESV and Labor Relations (HUALPFD0) report uses these groups to determine which personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions should be shown as separate events in the Addendum 5.
The report selects reassignment actions from the special group of events directly:
- Organizational reassignment (event group REA1)
And selects actions and reasons from the existing standard groups indirectly:
- Hire employees (event group HIRE)
- Rehire employees (event group REHI)
- Dismiss employees (event group FIRE)
You can check the settings for the standard groups in Customizing activity Assign Personnel Actions to Groups for Hiring and Leaving.
For each of the event groups in this Customizing activity, assign the combinations of personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions that you use for each event group in your company.
